Ashley  Thiel

Ashley Thiel is a seasoned Human Resources professional and educator with over 17 years of experience in HR management, employee relations, and organizational development. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in Management and is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Ashley began her HR career in New York City at a Fortune 500 company, where she gained valuable experience managing HR functions across the U.S. Over the years, she has held senior level positions at leading brands like Foot Locker Inc., Ralph Lauren Corp., Aritzia, and Hudson's Bay Company, building a track record of success in talent management, employee relations, and organizational strategy.

In addition to her HR consulting work, Ashley serves as an adjunct professor at Conestoga College, specializing in Human Resource and Organizational Behaviour courses. Through her teaching, she combines her extensive HR expertise with a passion for developing the next generation of HR professionals, empowering students with the skills and knowledge needed for success in the field.

Ashley is particularly passionate about leadership training and development, helping organizations build strong, capable leaders at all levels. Her experience spans overseeing HR functions in both the U.S. and Canada, managing complex HR issues and ensuring legal compliance.
