Through ThinkrBelle, the firm she founded, Orchid and her team bridge the gap between Pharma and Tech, supporting commercialization, growth, and digital transformation. She is a mentor at Creative Destruction Lab (Biomed & Cancer streams), an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship, and actively advises and invests in under-represented entrepreneurs in life science.
