Cristiann is a Senior HR Consultant with almost 20 years of experience providing human resources support, recruitment, and consulting services to small to mid-sized businesses and not-for-profits across Canada.

Throughout her two decades in the industry, Cristiann has provided HR support to business owners, executives, senior leaders, and managers across the HR spectrum, including recruitment, legislative guidance and education, corrective action intervention, training and development, onboarding, policy creation and implementation support, and day-to-day HR services. She has an MBA with a specialization in HR and a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation, and she is well-versed in provincial legislation as well as the Canadian Labour Code.
