Christine  Fowler

Christine Fowler has operated in the human resources sector for over 20 years – serving corporate, non-profit and family-owned businesses. A Human Resource leader with a history of developing strong and influential relationships across all levels of an organization, she is a results-oriented person who thrives on delivering collaborative outcomes based on ethical business practices.

Her HR career started at one of Canada’s most recognized micro-breweries, where she worked as VP, Corporate Services; building an HR department from the ground up. She has led numerous HR teams over the years, providing strong leadership and mentoring throughout the entire HR cycle. Christine has extensive experience in developing organizational policies, managing employee relations, conducting workplace investigations, developing compensation and performance management programs, and HR planning. She is passionate about employee engagement and designing strategies that support workplace wellness.

Christine is known for her enthusiasm, positive outlook and strong work ethic. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Human Resources Management Certificate, and Co-Active Coach Training. When she’s not serving people, she can be found walking her dog, enjoying live music, or spending time with family and friends.
